Drug and Alcohol Testing

While on the job, drug and alcohol abuse not only jeopardizes the safety of the individual employees but also puts other employees and customers at risk. No federal laws forbid the practice of employer initiated, scheduled or random drug and alcohol testing, especially for safety-sensitive positions. Drug and alcohol testing helps employers make workplaces remain healthier and safer. See our individual drug and alcohol testing services below. The Healthy Worker helps employers understand state and federal laws applicable to their drug-testing policies.

It’s also important to understand the rights of employees to maintain fair business practices and avoid legal issues. If you feel challenged about how to begin this practice while meeting compliance requirements, we can help.

If you have further questions or want to start your own program, please contact our Drug Screen Coordinator listed below.

Additionally, many companies have policies requiring immediate testing after any workplace accident.

Our alcohol testing services include:

  • Confirmation testing
  • Certified intoximeter
